Ainsworths Recovery Plus Emergency Formula (8 Flower Essences) 20ml.
This very special combination of five flower essences is indispensable in crises and emergencies, where the symptoms of shock, distress or acute anxiety prevail.
It is composed of: Star of Bethlehem ~ for trauma and numbness, Rock Rose ~ for terror and panic, Impatiens ~ for tension and irritability, Cherry Plum ~ for fear of losing control, and Clematis ~ for being detached from the situation or passing out. Recovery Remedy is taken at twice the strength of other remedies, by taking 4 drops per dose or mixing 4 drops in a stock bottle of 30ml as described above. It should be carried as an emergency for all manner of crises. Recovery Cream is an external preparation to soothe and restore the skin.
Directions:
Dilute 2 drops of the remedy in a small glass of water. Sip the contents at intervals during the day until relief is obtained. If a longer course is required prepare a treatment bottle with 2 drops in 30ml of spring water in a dropper bottle. From this take 4 drops 4 times daily or as required until better. If a combination of remedies is to be prepared use 2 drops from each stock bottle as above, but try not to exceed six remedies in total. All the doses above are safe for any member of the family, there being no side effects with these remedies.
