4.3.2.1. Shape up and detox is a product containing plants. Therefore, a little deposit may appear which is normal. Shake the bottle before use. Dilute the daily dose in 1 litre of water and drink throughout the day. One measuring dose (16ml) contains about 12.2g of aqueous plant extract. Daily doses should be taken as detailed below. Complete the following programme without interruption.
