Directions:
Take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water.
Berocca is best taken first thing in the morning to prepare for a great day and can be used every day throughout the year.
Ingredients:
Vitamin C, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium oxide, lactose, niacin, polyvinylpyrrolidone, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, zinc citrate, calcium pantothenate, mannitol, thiamin, riboflavin, talc, magnesium stearate, dextrose, gazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), colours (titanium dioxide,iron oxides), vitamin B12 compound, pyridoxine hydrochloride, fractionated coconut oil, folic acid (folacin), biotin.
Directions:
Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Berocca should not be used to replace a well balanced diet.
