Linusit Gold contains a balance of insoluble and soluble fibres which are a much gentler fibre source than coarse wheat bran and is ideal for those with a sensitive digestion. The seeds are specially split to ensure optimum swelling capacity in the intestine and this unique cracking process enables the seeds to release soothing mucins, which coat the stomach walls and digestive tract.
