Branched Chain Amino Acids include Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, which help to maintain muscle tissue, and are needed during times of stress and intense exercise. These individual amino acids are used extensively by body builders and athletes to help muscle recovery after physical exercise, as they help the formation of haemoglobin as well as increasing energy levels in the cells and muscles.
Directions:
Adults and children over 16 years of age, one to two tablets daily on an empty stomach or as advised by a suitably qualified person.
