HealthAid Selenium is specially formulated and fortified with vitamin A, C, E and Zinc to provide a supplement that has powerful antioxidant and free radical scavenger properties. 

Directions:

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily. Can be increased to two daily if required.

Vitamin A (2500iu) 750ug
Vitamin C 120mg
Vitamin E (100iu) 67mg
Zinc 4mg
