HRI NIGHT TABLETS are the natural answer.

Night tablets contain sedative herbs and are not addictive and will not leave you feeling half awake in the morning like other sleeping pills.

Night tablets contain natural herbs; Hops, Vervain and extract from Valerian, Passiflora and Wild Lettuce, which leave you feeling refreshed after a good night's sleep. 

Directions:

Adults, the Elderley and Children over 12 years of age:  Three or four tablets taken one hour before bedtime.
 
Children under 12 years of age:  Not recommended.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains - Active ingredients -
 
Powdered Valerian dry extract 45mg (equivalent to 180mg fresh herb),
Powdered Passiflora dry extract 16.82mg (equivalent to 90mg fresh herb),
Powdered Wild Lettuce dry extract 22.5mg (equivalent to 90mg fresh herb),
Vervain Powder 60mg,
Powdered Hops 30mg.
