Eucalyptus is a strong, fresh and stimulating oil with a penetrating balsamic scent with antiseptic properties. Eucalyptus is ideal for vaporisation to clear the head, congestion and boost concentration. It is also used for massage to relieve aching muscles and to relieve cold symptoms when rubbed on the chest, as well as being a powerful antiseptic in the bath.
Blends well with grapefruit, peppermint and rosemary
Ingredients:
Eucalyptus Pure Essential Oil
Directions:
Mix a few drops of the oil with water in your burner and vapourise, using a tea light candle, or add a few drops of oil to your preferred carrier oil or lotion for applying to the skin.
