MAGNESIUM CHELATE 750 - provides 150mg of Magnesium per tablet in a readily absorbable form. Magnesium helps in the repair and maintenance of body cells and tissues, and is essential for nerve impulses and muscle movement. This important mineral also assists in the uptake of Calcium and Potassium to help maintain healthy bones.
Directions:
As a food supplement for adults - one or two tablets daily, or as directed by a practitioner.
