Lecithin 2000 Super Strength 30 Soft Gel Capsules.
Each 420mg Super Strength capsule contains a minimum of 35% Phosphatidyl Choline (equal to 2000mg of non-standard lecithin oil). Optima capsules do not contain any artificial colouring, flavours, gluten, starch, yeast, milk or genetically modified material.
Directions:
Take one or two capsules with each meal or a directed by a healthcare practitioner. In the liver lecithin promotes the breakdown of fats (lipids) and acts as a fat emulsifier. Lecithin capsules may be taken in conjunction with a low fat, low cholesterol diet.
