Step 1 - Color Base Coat - For long lasting colour, apply a thin, even layer of Colour Base Coat, then wait until it dries completely, a minute or so.
Step 2 - Moisturising Top Coat - For moisture and sheen, apply the Moisturising Top Coat over the Color Base Coat. You can reapply the Top Coat as often as you like throughout the day, to refresh both feel and sheen.
