Use on clean lips.
Step 1 - Paint For Lips - For long lasting colour, apply a thin, even layer of Paint For Lips, then wait until it dries completely, a minute or so.
Step 2 - Moisturising Top Coat - For moisture and shine, apply the Moisturising Top Coat over the Paint For Lips. You can reapply the Top Coat as often as you like throughout the day, to refresh both feel and sheen.
