Meridian Organic Blackstrap Molasses is a natural sweetener with a rich, bittersweet taste. This product is refined at source from freshly harvested organic sugar cane. After removal of the (white) crystal sugar, all the natural nutrients of the sugar cane are concentrated into the Molasses. Molasses is widely appreciated as a good source of minerals and vitamins. The distinctive flavour enhances many dishes including stews, chutneys and biscuits.
