Arnica has been traditionally used to help reduce pain, stiffness and the loss of function whilst also having an anti inflammatory action on injured muscles. Traditionally it is has been found to be as good as ibuprofen but arnica is herbal and not medicated. Arnica used in association with glucosamine is meant to show even better results.
