Ginger (Zingiber officinalis) is traditionally used to help with travel sickness, indigestion, nausea, flatulence, arthritis and poor circulation. Ginger works on bile and aids the breakdown of fats which may help reduce nausea and sickness. As ginger helps the digestive process, it helps reduce flatulence.
