Nettle

Stinging Nettle (Urtica) s traditionally used to treat arthritic and rheumatic conditions, gout, prickly heat, allergic reactions and to aid in detox. Stinging nettle can be used as a diuretic and the cleansing action helps to clear skin complaints such as eczema and nettle rash. It can also be a good source of vitamin C, iron, calcium, potassium and silica.
