Directions:
Restoria should be applied each morning until your hair reaches its natural shade. This usually takes 3-4 weeks, depending on the colour you wish to achieve.
Once the desired colour has been reached you need only apply Restoria 2-3 times a week in order to maintain the colour. Simple, quick and safe to use :

Using Restoria Cream :
Put a small amount of cream in the palm of your hand (about the size of a 10 pence piece).
Distribute cream evenly through hair (not into the scalp), avoid any areas you wish to keep grey. Hair should feel damp.
Comb hair as usual.
Wash hands thoroughly.
