Directions:
One to four capsules, with liquid, each day.
The soft forest fruit flavoured chewable capsule is completely edible and should first be sucked before biting into it to release the soft centre. (If preferred, swallow whole with a cold drink).
During the cold season one capsule may be sucked every three hours (max. 4 per day).
Women who are pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking vitamin or mineral supplements.
