Delivery costs are listed below. We endeavour to keep our delivery costs as low as possible, therefore postage costs are calculated by weight of the product so you are not unfairly charged. If you require your items to be sent recorded delivery, this can be done at an extra charge of £1.00 an order (up to 1kg) by arrangement with us through customer services. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
VAT is charged on all orders delivered to the UK at the standard rate of 17.5%. All prices on the site are displayed inclusive of VAT.

Missing Items
An item is classed as missing if :
1) An item is not delivered by 10 working days of date of despatch in the UK
2) or 30 days for the rest of the world
3) An item is missing from your order upon delivery

Missing items from parcels must be notified within 2 working days of delivery. Please include all details, including name, address, date of purchase and invoice number.
Incorrect or Damaged items
Please notify all items for return to us within 2 working days of delivery on sales@healthinajiffy.co.uk
A Return Code will then be supplied for you to include with your return. Items returned without prior notification cannot be replaced or refunded.

All returns have to be in the same condition as they were recieved. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you have any problems with the postage upon receipt, please contact us, through customer services, and state clearly the stamps that are on the package. Please keep your notification from the post office of the incorrect stamps on your parcel, in case we require evidence, before making any refunds. Refunds are at our discretion.
