Order Process
Upon receiving your order, the order will be processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. If the products ordered are in stock, the order will be dispatched within 24 working hours of receiving your order. If the products are not in stock you will be advised of the expected dispatch date of your order. If the expected dispatch date is not suitable for you, you can cancel your order by e-mailing us at sales@healthinajiffy.co.uk
Occasionally your order may be sent in multiple parts. If this is the case you will be advised upon dispatch of the first part of your order of the delayed items and an expected dispatch date for these items. If the expected dispatch date is not suitable for you, you can cancel the balance of your order by e-mailing us at sales@healthinajiffy.co.uk
Shipping
Delivery costs are listed below. We endeavour to keep our delivery costs as low as possible, therefore postage costs are calculated by weight of the product to give an accurate cost of shipping. Delivery is made by Royal Mail, or Courier for larger parcels and can be posted worldwide.
Delivery times vary depending upon the courier used. As deliveries are made by a third party and not us, once a parcel is dispatched the delivery time is out with our control.

UK Orders over £35 that weigh less than 1kg are postage free.
All UK Orders over £100 are postage free.

Tax Charges
VAT is charged on all orders delivered to the UK at the standard rate of 15%. All prices on the site are displayed inclusive of VAT.

Missing Items
An item is classed as missing if :
1) An item is not delivered by 10 working days of date of despatch in the UK
2) or 30 days for the rest of the world
3) An item is missing from your order upon delivery
If an item is missing please e-mail us on sales@healthinajiffy.co.uk
Missing items from parcels must be notified within 2 working days of delivery. Please include all details, including name, address, date of purchase and invoice number.
If you do not receive a parcel, the missing parcel must be notified to us within 30 days after dispatch for UK parcels, or 45 days for parcels outside the UK. If we are not notified within these time limits we do not guarantee a refund or replacement for the lost parcel.
Incorrect or Damaged items
Please notify all items for return to us within 2 working days of delivery on sales@healthinajiffy.co.uk
A Return Code will then be supplied for you to include with your return. Items returned without prior notification cannot be replaced or refunded.

All returns have to be in the same condition as they were recieved. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you have any problems with the postage upon receipt, please contact us, through customer services, and state clearly the stamps that are on the package. Please keep your notification from the post office of the incorrect stamps on your parcel, in case we require evidence, before making any refunds. Refunds are at our discretion.
