Essential Fatty Acid

Essential fatty acids (Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9) are used to maintain a healthy body. Omega 3 is traditionally used in maintaining the cardiovascular system, joint health, immune system and nervous system.  It is also now being used to promote brain health, mood and depression. Omega 6 are traditionally used to promote healthy skin and hair, regulating metabolism, and maintaining the reproductive performance. It is also now thought to aid reducing the risk of heart disease, cancer and strokes. Omega 9 is essential for normal metabolism.
